N Today I posting Eggless Sponge Cake... I already told that am vegetarian n prefer eggless bake and prepared some eggless baking varieties too... If u unaware of it check in my RECIPE INDEX ...
This was I tried from one blog sorry I forgot the source of blog....It was comes out really well and spongy... You too try this let me tell your feedback...

INGREDIENTS
Maida - 1/2 Cup
Corn Flour - 1/2 Tbsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp
Butter - 25g or 5 Tsp
Powdered Sugar - 3/4 Cup
Milk - 4 Tbsp + 4 Tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 Tsp
EGG SUBSTITUTE
Water - 1 Tbsp
Cooking Oil - 1/2 Tbsp
Baking Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Aerated Soda - 50 ml or required for batter consistency
METHOD
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade.
- Sift twice the maida, corn flour, baking powder, baking soda.
- Prepare wet mixture by adding powdered sugar, butter make it fluffy and add milk, essence mix it well.

- Then prepare egg substitute solution by adding water, oil and baking powder while adding this BIZZZZ sound will come.
- Now mix the egg substitute to wet mixture and stir well.
- Now add dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix well.
- Now add aerated soda to this till the mixture like dosa batter consistency but be careful not so thin.
- Grease your baking pan with butter and coat with maida.
- Now pour the cake batter to the pan and keep it in oven for 180 degree centigrade 20-25 minutes.
- Let check whether it's baked or not by inserting tooth pick on center of the batter mixture.
- Let stand for 10 minutes and take out cool well before cutting the cake.
- Serve it...

NOTE
You can do frosting on top with chocolate.
