Hi friends, Today I posting Dal Tadka, dal is most favorite one, even till my 5th standard daily my lunch was paruppu rice with ghee only... Not even sambhar too, because that much I love the dal... Still whenever my mom makes sambhar she take some dal and keep it for me... I love the spicy version of Dal so I prefer Dal tadka very much...
When I studied Master Degree, we gone to Bangalore for Industrial Visit(IV), that time we went to ISKON temple at 7am, marvelous temple and we enjoyed it and had Dal rice as Prasadham, Wow!!! No words from me to describe the taste of that paruppu rice, I too try every-time but couldn't get the taste of ISKON temple dal rice, If any one know this recipe, Can you please post soon...
